I always gain when I get my monthly visitor and that is just discouraging!!! Should I not weigh? Kinda new and any new MFP friends would be awesome!

Well, if it brings you down you shouldn't weigh. Sometimes I can have bloat for up to two weeks and I get pretty depressed about it because I weigh every day waiting for it to go back down. Not a good plan. =p0

I just started my period. I am not going to weigh myself until next week LOL0

Don't discouraged. It happens to all of us *grumble* A great way to fight against it is drinking water with lemon. Good luck to you!0

If it bothers you to weigh, then just avoid the scales until TOM is gone! I weigh myself anyway and always expect to be 2-3 lbs more. I was pleasantly surprised this last time to be down which was amazing:) If it depresses you though, don't do it!!0

I think it's discouraging for everyone
I never weigh on my period or the week before because I always gain during those times. Just know it'll all go away!
