Hi Everyone, So working out is easy. Sticking to a diet is incredibly hard for me - my goal is to lose 25 lbs and it all starts with my diet. So - I'm not one to ask for some help but anyone got any good ideas on how to keep disciplined with my diet? Thank you!!
Hello All, I used this 2 years ago and dropped 20 lbs and really had my body to where I wanted it. Of course, why would you use something that worked so well? I'm back up to 184lbs and 20% bodyfat.
