I want to know if you would count standing for extra calories?? I do not do alot of standing and this coming Thursday I will be on my feet for 6 1/2 hours...mfp has a standing opition in the exercises...but would you count it and if so do I put in the whole time or just part of it...could be around 1800 extra…
Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to my question.... if I am burning 500-700 cals a day in order to lose 85 lbs over the next six to seven months, will I have to keep burning that much when I reach my goal or could I work out less...thanks
