Body fat % estimate and bulk or cut
Hi everyone, I'm deciding on my goals at the moment as to whether to bulk or cut. As such, I want a rough idea of where I'm at right now to help prioritize either fat loss or muscle gain. Currently running a 5x5 program.

Lowering body fat %
Can anyone give me some advice regarding lowering body fat%? Right now I'm about 27-28%, (although this is based on pictures from 17th April and one from mid May, so it might be slightly lower) but I would like to get down to around 20-22%. Plateau help!
I have not seen a decrease in weight for several months. I stay at 126-128lbs consistently, but never get below 126. My diary is open and I am aware of areas for improvement such as takeaways/eating out as I cannot know how many calories are in these meals though I try to account for them in my food planning. Keep having a net under 1200 calories
Hi, I only just started this recently but some people are saying that a net calorie intake of under 1200 calories is too low. But the thing is, I am eating quite alot, although I'm not then eating back the calories I burn through exercise.
