How does my routine look?

I have been using mfp for a year now and have lost nearly 25lbs, going from 10 stone 10lbs to 9 stone, and from a UK size 12/14 to a UK 10/12
Pre-weight loss stats:
weight - 150lbs
bust - 38
waist - 32
hips - 42
thigh - 22.5
upper arm - 12.5
Current stats:
weight - 126lbs
bust - 35
waist - 28
hips - 38
thigh - 20.5
upper arm - 10.5
Goal measurements:
weight - 115lbs
bust - 35
waist - 25
hips 36.5
thigh - 18.5
upper arm - 8.5
At the moment I'm aiming to eat about 1400 calories a day and I usually do a combination of yoga, pilates, HIIT and walking throughout the week, and swimming. I've also started the 30 day shred and I'm currently on level 1 day 4.
