Hello!! I would like to form a discussion on interesting ways we can still eat healthfully and within caloric limits while dining out in fast food restaurants. A couple of handy ideas are skipping the fries and softdrinks, choosing grilled over fried foods, and skipping the mayo or dressing. Anymore tips?? Please do share…
