Half done with my crunches and squats for today. Getting a little more challenging each day but I'm working on keeping my eye on the prize. How is everyone doing with this challenge?

50 bicycle crunches & 50 squats done. Tomorrow is a rest day.

Are you ready?
Tomorrow we start the new challenge! I'm really excited. There are several different types of crunches from what I've read so I'll be googling them tonight to have a variety. We can do this!
