Favorite Salad?
I enjoy a good salad. One of my favorites includes: spinach, tomatoes, onions, snow peas, blueberries, a few dried cranberries, oranges, apples (green ones when they are in season), a sprinkling of shredded cheese, and either Maple Groves sugar-free balsamic dressing or raspberry dressing. What's your favorite salad?

Day 6
Finished day 6. It was a little hard because I fell during yesterday's walk. I scraped my leg and landed on my knees. So, I had to modify push-ups even more because I can't lean on my right knee. We also walked a little over a mile tonight. I'm going to still try to do some of the exercise otherwise, I'll start slacking…

Day 31: 150 Push ups
50 done. Don't think I'm going to make 150 tonight. Really long day at work today.

Day 30: 150 Crunches
Done. One more day to go. I'd probably have better results if I kept within the calorie budget each day.

Day 29: 240 Squats
So far, 50 done. Been having a hard time with squats lately so I'm just going to do as many as I can.

Day 28: Rest Day
I was going to do yesterday's push ups today, but not feeling well today.

Day 27: 140 Push Ups
Push ups will have to wait until tomorrow.

Day 26: 135 Crunches
Done.

Day 25: 220 Squats
Hoping to make to do all of them today. They are giving me problems lately.

Day 24: Rest Day
Going to do the 125 push ups that I did not get done yesterday.

Day 23: 125 Push ups
Spent the day in the hospital waiting room because our daughter was having surgery. Push ups did not get done. Will be doing them on the rest day instead.

Day 22: 120 Crunches
Did 1/2 before work this morning. Will do the other 1/2 when I get home tonight.

Day 21: 180 Squats
Going to break them up throughout the day. Hopefully, I will get them all done. I have been having trouble with my knees when doing squats lately.

Day 20: Rest Day
Does it count as a rest day if you take 3 teenage girls to Walmart for school shopping the weekend before school starts? :laugh: I also put together a DVD case for my living room.

Took a while but I finished finally.

Breaking them up again into groups of 25. 25 done so far.

Day 16: Rest Day
This challenge is a little tougher than I thought it would be. Push ups are the toughest for me. The squats are still rough on the knees sometimes. There are days when I have to drag myself through it all. But... I'm going to keep pushing through. I didn't get this weight overnight, so it's not going to come off overnight.…

Breaking them up into smaller sets really helps.

Ok, I slacked this weekend. I just caught up. 70 squats, 45 crunches & 50 push ups all done. Some days are harder than others to stay on track. :embarassed:
