Day 16: Rest Day

This challenge is a little tougher than I thought it would be. Push ups are the toughest for me. The squats are still rough on the knees sometimes. There are days when I have to drag myself through it all.
But...
I'm going to keep pushing through. I didn't get this weight overnight, so it's not going to come off overnight. We just have to keep going!
