Been trying really hard to stick to no more than 1200 calories a day - even over xmas I didn't eat any more than about 1800 a couple of times. Doing about 50 mins of cardio 4 times a week. Just joined up on Monday after a soul destroying weekend of trying on bridesmaid dresses!!!!!! Tryin to lose at least 2 stone (or 28lbs if you prefer) and I need all the help I can get.
