I'm on my 13th week of weight loss and I'm starting to wonder if it's necessary to exercise. I'm on 1200 calories a day and don't eat back my exercise calories. Polar FT7 broadcasting over serveral machines
Please help, this is my first time wearing the Polar FT7 on my regular elliptical machine. My heart rate is broadcasted over the machine to the left and right of me (from what I saw).
