over 60?
Hi, I'm over 60, quite active. Am 20 pounds over where I should be and really want to lose 10 by Jan. 1. My metapolism is quite slow I guess. I do aerobics 60 minutes a week to try to help that. Is there anyone who would care to chat? My preference would be in B.C., but it doesn't really matter.
