My home country of Canada is a wonderfully civilized place with fantastic geography and even today, great health care. The West Coast has awesome fine weather. But I'd love it warmer year around, like Costa Rica. I don't like crowded places.

I think around 20 pounds is when, no matter your initial weight. But a lot of people won't say anything even though they notice.

Congratulations on a wonderful change to your life. I like the advice another person offered - go up in calories very slowly until you stop losing, and then stop at that point for awhile to see how it goes. After that it's just a matter of keeping track of what you are doing. Good luck and thanks for sharing.
