Starting again, motivated!
Hi everyone. I'm 45 and lost 25 lbs last year Jan - March. Life got in the way and time went too fast, and I gained 6 lbs back. Not tooooo bad I guess - at least I didn't gain it all back. I'm ready to start again with a goal of 15 lbs. I basically just walk a couple of miles a day (neighborhood with a lot of hills) and…
