My uni runs a 10-week Pilates course and I've heard all the hype about it but I was wondering if anyone has any experience of doing it? I.e. what it is; if it works; if it's enjoyable/difficult etc.?
Hi there, been using the wee app on my phone for a couple weeks now, and it's really great, but today's the first time I've checked out the site! I'm 21 and I'm a final year undergraduate student, and I work in a supermarket part time. Cycling and swimming would be my favourite exercises.
