Sample Daily Meals
Hi All, I am currently trying to lose about 10 lbs. My goal is to eat around 1200 calories per day. I exercise about 6 times a wk burning anywhere from 400-600 calories per work out. I am just somewhat lost on what type of diet I should strive for. You hear all these different ideas, IIFYM, low-carb, gluten free, etc etc.…
