Sample Daily Meals

Hi All,
I am currently trying to lose about 10 lbs. My goal is to eat around 1200 calories per day. I exercise about 6 times a wk burning anywhere from 400-600 calories per work out.

I am just somewhat lost on what type of diet I should strive for. You hear all these different ideas, IIFYM, low-carb, gluten free, etc etc. Currently, I am just eating what I enjoy eating. Fruit smoothie for breakfast, oatmeal, high protein lunch with lots of veggies, fruits, and a high protein dinner with veggies and I always need something sweet after dinner :).

I just feel like I have hit a brick wall. I lost 25 lbs 2 years ago on weight watchers and since I've been in the same weight area give or take about 5 lbs... I want to be more toned and lean and lose a few more lbs...

I am just looking for possibly examples of what a solid 1200 calorie per day meal plan is... and any insight of what type of diet tricks could help me tone up along with exercise... There are so many diets of there I am just not sure what is best for me.
