Is there too much fiber?
So, I have a question-is it bad to go over your daily allowance of fiber? I wouldn't think so, but I'm in the negatives in that area some days. Not the cal., or the carbs. I would think more fiber would be good. Just wondered.

Has anyone heard of calorie cycling? I read about it recently and wondered what dieters thought about it. From what I make of it, it's eating your required calorie amount one day, and then the next day, go lower. It's supposed to break plateaus and make the body believe you are not in starvation mode. Just wanted to say Hi! I really like this site and am addicted to counting calories and exercise. I've been dieting now for 4 years and am slowly making it to my goal weight. Still got a ways to go!:
