Resistance bands are good, too. I stand on them with one foot, and pull up from behind my head. I do 5 sets of ten on either arm. I use 8lb. weights, too. Hold them over and behind your head. I do the no sugar-no flour diet. Sorta vegetarian. It eliminates alot! Only fruit, veggies, dairy. Simple. I eat chiken and turkey occasionally. It works, with exercise. I eat alot of yogurt, and salads. And alot of fruit. Not many recipes to pass on, just find the veggies and fruit you like. I feel great and am down…

I race walk for 15 min., jog for 15, walk regularly to cool down, for 5 min. Stretch really, really until you get tired of doing it. My daughter used to play basketball. She told me a way to stretch out your calves-walk around on your heels, with toes pointed up. Unfortunately, not for me. But, I had large twins. And two very large babies after that. Crunches and situps help reduce mine, but w/out surgery(expensive), I'm doing the next best thing. Tightening up everything possible. Good luck-Chris.

Buy a good sports bra, and remember to warm up and stretch. I'm 54 and just started alternating running and brisk running. I love it ,and it's a good cardio exercise. Keep it up, no matter how you think you look. It's worth it! Chris.

That is absolutely true. Measure everything. I do the same thing. Inches are falling off, weight hasn't changed much. If you are exercising alot, you're probly adding muscle. Keep it up! Inches count, and you're feeling better. Chris.
