I enjoy my bike riding. When I ride, I average about 10-12 mph... I am not in a mountian area so fairly level riding, a few hills. I am new to this program, QUESTION: How much benefit does the bike riding give me, do I need to also think of doing gym type exercises?
Live in Central Mississippi and as I have aged I have bulged! LOL.... I need to get it under control so I can keep aging. Family has long history of health issues, so far I have skipped that part in my life and want to continue with good health.... So my choices are strategic to accomplish a long healthy happy life.
