A few days ago a guy who was set up in BodyPump behind me came up to me after class to tell me how amazed he was at how much weight I can lift. An NSV from yesterday
I ran my first 5K mud run yesterday. In my heat (approx. 125 people), I was #4 overall and #1 for women! I couldn't believe it!! My goal was to make it all the way through :-)

I ran my first race yesterday, a 5K. My goal was to finish in 30 minutes. I crossed the finish line at 25:50! AND, I finished with a girl who is half my age and on the high school track team :-)

I pulled on my stretch pants to workout, and my husband told me how amazing my butt and legs look :-)

I started MFP about 4 weeks ago at the suggestion of a friend. One of my goals was to fit into my pants again, as all of my work slacks were getting pretty snug. Well, I put on a pair of those slacks today and guess what? They were a little LOOSE!!!! Boy, did that feel good :-)
