Question for tall girls....
so i've lost a total of 22 pounds since January 1st! i am happy with that but the part that bugs me is it still not showing yet.. my pants are fitting looser and nicer but i am so tall .. at 5'11 ... i am wondering when it's going to start showing and i can go down in pant sizes....

what do you have for net calories?
i usually keep my net calories under 1000 per day and i was wondeirng if that was bad?? should i leave them like that or up them? i am a little confused on the whole net calorie stuff... thanks

i love my cheese
I have been trying to cut back on cheese but its very hard for me. I've always loved cheese and I crave it alot. Does anyone know how I can curb this or if I can switch to a cheese that isnt so fattening? thanks

for breastfeeding moms.... how much extra do you eat to make sure your little one has enough milk or what do you eat to make more milk.. it seems lately that my little guy is really hungry.. not sure if its a growing spurt? any advice would be appreciated?
