Question about Focus T25
I am in the 2nd week of Beta and I noticed that I am supposed to do RIIP'T CIRCUIT on Wednesday, Upper Focus on Thursday, and then RIP'T CIRCUIT again on Friday. I was always told that you don't work the same body part every day, but that would be strength training for my arms 3 days in a row. Is this ok to do? Anyone else…

Calories burned and my heart rate monitor
I was curious to see how many calories I would burn in an 8 hour day at work as a child care teacher. So, this is what my heart rate monitor said and I'm not so sure it's accurate. Left leg doesn't match the right? Please help! (pic)

Sodium and sugar.....not my friend!
I'm doing really well with staying under my calories, fat and carbs, but I always seem to go over on my sodium and sugar. I don't have high blood pressure or any other health issues. Is it ok if I go over or should I always stay under? Thanks for the help, Jamie :smile:

Back Pain
My husband and I planned to go to the gym this morning, but I woke up with back pain. I guess it's from my workout yesterday. I worked on my arms and did 50 minutes of Zumba. Should I just rest today or would it be ok to go to the gym if I just take it easy?
