Back Pain

My husband and I planned to go to the gym this morning, but I woke up with back pain. I guess it's from my workout yesterday. I worked on my arms and did 50 minutes of Zumba. Should I just rest today or would it be ok to go to the gym if I just take it easy?

    I would stay away from any upper body strength training, but you could still do cardio :)

    It depends on how you truly feel though! If it really bothers you,get a painkiller and relax

    I would stay away from any cardio and just do upper body strength training.

    And if it's soreness, then warm up and workout. If it's pain, like where you think some part of your physical structure is out of whack, then consider seeing someone. It's probably just soreness.
