Here are a few pics of me before, during and after losing 128 pounds. I am now around 176, started out at 303. oops, i actually read the sticky.. i didnt pick up on the capitalisation of IMG PS, the guy on the right at the top of the pic, is not an after of me, but the Mayor of London.
