Thanks for all the kind words... Just started getting back into some exercise as well. Cycled 32 miles today, 14 miles yesterday and 25 miles the day before. Only bought my bike a couple of weeks ago, prior to that i hadnt rode a bike since 2001.

It claims about 600 calories, but for a 37 minute workout probably not. Of course it depends on how big you are and how much effort you put into it. Kettlercise is a bit different to the traditional kettlebell workouts that the previous posts talk about. It isnt novel or anything, but because of how it is structured, talks of 30 lb kettlebells etc are off the wall.
