Insanity workout while snowboarding on a regular basis
Anybody think it's a good idea? I'm 3 weeks into Insanity and recently started snowboarding again for the winter season. I'm an advanced level, very aggressive rider and usually spend 3-4 hours on the mountain (60-90 mins of actual slope time), 3-5 days per week and I don't know if doing insanity on my snowboarding days…
