I had one really bad fast food chicken meal today after eating so healthy all week. It's really bothering me now, I hope this does not mess me up on loosing weight. How many of you have slipped and how do you over come this?
I've been extremely sore since I did an HIIT workout yesterday morning. Probably not the best idea since I havent been working out at all for the past year. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to help make the sorness better or go away completely? thanks in advance.
