I love Starbucks, have the gold card to show for it and also the extra pounds from those fatty frappacinos & lattes. Now I go for the skinny mocha or an Americano with 3 pumps of toffe nut & creamer. Im still exploring the skinny drinks so I'll def check out some mentioned here :)

I'm a starbucks recovering addict lol. Instead of my fatty daily lattes I now do regular coffee brew with regular creamer with Splenda. Now when I make my skinny ice coffee at home I use White chocolate caramel latte creamer, it's sooo delicious!

one egg sunny side up on top of a whole wheat toast with low fat shredded cheese & fresh salsa on top. 2 Turkey Bacon on the side and my beloved coffee. On days I have a busy morning, oatmeal with banana is my go-to meal.
