Looking for UK pals with open diaries
Hi, been doing this since Jan 1st and have lost 23lbs so far from a goal of 30lbs. I'm looking for inspiration when it comes to menus and food so I'm keen to add friends with open diaries, UK ones so I know I can get the food here rather than our American pals who have stuff I've never heard of. How often do you weigh yourself?
I'm new to this game and thought I'd weigh myself once a week. The first week's weigh in was good, a 6lb loss. I'm eager to weigh myself again now, 3 days after the last weigh-in but I'm wondering if I should wait for the week. What do you folk do?

Not reaching calorie target, is this a problem?
I've been doing this food tracking for 9 days now. I'm 5'11" and started at 190lbs, wanting to get down to around 160. I've a daily calorie target of 1600 and, because I'm being really careful what I eat, I'm not reaching that target, I'm always under. Yesterday, for example, I was 1179 & 1310 the day before. Newbie, good start for me!
Hi I started using the app and my healthy eating/exercise regime on 1 Jan. I'm 190lbs and want to get to around 160lbs. I figured on losing 1lb a week. Well after 1 week I lost 6lbs! A bit chuffed to say the least.
