I need more cardio in my exercise plan. Doing the 30ds by JM ad have biggestbloser cardio max but i saw bob harper has his own dvd as well has anyone tried it???? If so, would u recommended it for cardio?? Thanks!!

STUCK AND FRUSTRATED!!
Cant seem to lose any weight!! Tried tge wt daily, but ive been gaining!! Try to eat clean but then feel like its not good enough, same with exercise. Got 36 days to look my best!! What do i do?!
