On not gaining the weight back...
I am doing this weight loss thing for the second time. The first time, I lost 80 pounds, and I got from my starting weight of 230 pounds to 150 pounds, and I managed to stay there for about a month before gaining back 50 pounds over the course of a year. I've been starting to lose again, but I'm afraid this is just going…

Getting back on track -- could use some friends! :)
Hi guys! I'm Francesca, I'm 18, and I'm a college student. A year and a half ago (ish?) I lost about 80 pounds, but pretty soon after I gained almost all of it back. 100 calorie popcorn toppings?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but two tablespoons of un-popped popcorn kernels are around 90 calories, so that leaves me 10 for toppings. I've been loving lemon juice, salt and oregano, but it's getting boring. If you guys like any…

Keeping going?
Hi guys, So, basically I'm at this place in my weight loss where I'm mostly doing everything the way I would like to; I'm losing weight regularly at a healthy rate and (mostly) eating foods that I believe are good for my body. I started before MFP and I've been on this journey since September 2012, and my question is how…
