anything?! aslong as its healthy and natural lol ive been eating a lot more fruit and veg recently but haven't seen an improvement
It comes in a tin of powder and its like £5. i bought some the other day and im planning to replace only one meal a day, i eat quite healthy and excersize daily. does anyone know if its any good?? id like to hear :)
Any idea of how much i can lose?? Im 20years old about 5'6 height weigh around 185-190kg Ive started excersizing an hour a day on a cross trainer, and im sticking to a 1200 calorie diet edit: soz meant 85-90kg
