Time to get this done!!!
Ok so I’ll be honest, I’ve got rid of a stone doing weightwatchers, it did what it needed to do but it’s now time to get this body in shape! I’ve had my macros calculated as a starting point but any advice anyone has would be so gratefully received. Have a good day everyone 😘
