I was just wondering, is it better to eat breakfast as soon as you wake up or to wait a little while?
My family has been very supportive about my weight loss, not insisting "Oh, it's just one cookie, it won't hurt you." But I find that friends/my boyfriend's family looks at me as anorexic when I politely turn down food. It's not that I won't eat, it is just that the food you are offering for me isn't going to fuel my body…
