I am a 216 lb woman trying to loose 50lbs my daily calories is 1200 but I have to do 2 hours 17 mins on the elliptical 7 days a week for 8 months to loos it. That's a long time just to loose 2 lbs a week then 8 months....... Any one got a faster better solution? 2 hours on a elliptical is hard...
