Im confused on how to read the workout charts for stage one.
Can someone clarify for me. For stage one for Workout A for example it has squats and then workouts 1,2, workouts 3,4 etc... are we supposed to do all the exercises or just pick either workout 1 or 2 for that specific day? thanks for your help!

I am! One and a half weeks left. I cant believe I only have to do max interval plyo one more time.THANK GOD. I never knew I could actually get almost completely rid of my little belly pooch with this program. Where is everyone else at? Do you like your results so far?

Im wondering, how many of you are actually following the calorie guidelines that insanity gives you? it tells me to eat 1750 but it seems like a lot to me. (especially for the first month I could see maybe eating that the second month when things get tougher) Ive seen people say " I didnt lose weight until I started to eat…

okay to go over macros?
Hi everyone. I've noticed that while ive been home from break I've been constantly over on my fat macro. All of these fats come from either avocado, coconut oil, nuts....ie healthy foods. I still meet my calories for the day and am thus in a deficit but do you think this will hinder me from weight loss/toning up? thanks…

finding it hard to meet calorie requirements
so I started insanity and according to the nutrition guide i should be eating 1791 calories a day. Im only 5ft and weigh 115 so for me that seems like a lot! Im assuming that Im only burning around 250-300 calories doing the insanity workouts because Im so small so I really dont know if I should eat 1791 or stick to the…
