Im not sure if anyone mentioned this yet but if you make the changes suggested by others and still feel hungry all the time you may want to get your thyroid gland checked out by your doctor to make sure its working right and regulating your hunger signals correctly.

if insanity taught me one thing its dont be afraid to eat! I havent lost weight but my clothes still fit and I and definitely see some definition along with 4inches lost around my waist!

no need to act all high and might. Insanity is a fitness ROUTINE and so I was referring to the reason as to why I decided to go that. And I have seem plenty of people achieve results with fitness CLASSES so dont hate. This is a place to encourage, not tear down. Shame on you.

^ dont let them discourage you. I go to college and wanted something more challenging in terms of a fitness routine since I dont always have the time to go to the gym for fitness classes. If you find a way to get insanity off the internet feel free to add me, im on week three.

today was my first plyo circuit for week three. It never feels easier to me, but im wondering if thats only because Ive gotten to the point where I can push myself harder each time I do it. Tomorrow is pure cardio and cardio abs....my least favorite even though I feel like it goes by the fastest!

almond flour is great for baking, it usually doesnt even end up tasting like nuts. Just remember to use in moderation because of the high omega 6's and the flour is a bit more calorically dense than wheat flour. However if you alternate between that coconut flour, and rice flours I dont see it being a huge issue. For rice…

I celebrated Hanukkah already so today was just a normal day for me in terms of working out, though I did head to friends for some christmas food. I did well though and had no desert!

I have one more workout to do before I finish the first week of insanity. Im fairly fit but this has shown me my endurance sure has a long way to go. Im just going to keep pushing myself and see what happens.
