any advice on how to lose the baby flab or what ever its called i have it and can not lose it
i am enlisting in the military in order to do so i need to lose some weight i weigh 170 and need to be in between 115-145 i would really like to be around 120-130 by april any advice i go to the gym everyday and do 45 minutes of cardio and lift weights but havent seen any results been going for 2 weeks
