baby weight

any advice on how to lose the baby flab or what ever its called i have it and can not lose it

  • I went from 140 to 197 from my pregnancy. I lost it VERY quickly from eating an all natural diet, no processed foods. I cut out meats except for seafood. I drank TONS of water, all day long. Also I did Whey Protein drinks for breakfast. As for exercise I did 4 different dvd's of jillian michaels Yoga Meltdown/30 Day shred and a couple others. I also would push my son around the block in either his stroller or in the wagon. I went from 197 to 140 in about 2 1/2 months. My son is now 1 1/2 and I am back up to 150+ and I am not looking as in shape as I did. It is a constant struggle... the best thing to do is TRY. I wish you luck.
  • Depends on if it is weight or skin, in my case. I gained a large amount of weight from stretched skin I can't lose. I gained 90lbs, lost 60 and can't shake the last bit. Been six years..lol
