I dont track my weight very closely, i am more worried about what i look like. Obviously weight is a great indicator if your going the right way. But i dont think i have an "ideal" weight. Anyone else in the same boat at all?
Hi, I have had myfitnesspal for a while, but this week is the first week i have actually logged everything im eating and tried to make informed decisions about what im eating. I'm 5'10 and weight about 100 kg. Looking to hopefully get down in fat but not really fussed about weight. Any tips tricks or motivation??
