Starting from the begining

Hi,

I have had myfitnesspal for a while, but this week is the first week i have actually logged everything im eating and tried to make informed decisions about what im eating. I'm 5'10 and weight about 100 kg. Looking to hopefully get down in fat but not really fussed about weight. Any tips tricks or motivation??

    Have you thought about what type of diet you are going to do?? I have always counted calories. It has always worked best for me. Plus exercising is always important. This sounds kinda stupid but I put up pictures of super models on the fridge. it helps motivate me haha

    I have been going for a 35% carbs 40% fat and 35% protien. Eating 300 cal meals 5 times a day. Hopefully it works!!!

    I also cycle to and from work so should be around an extra 1000 cals a day for exercise

    wow you have it down to a science!! Thats awesome!.. I always try to know exactly how many calories im eating. I think it will definitely work!! You will be shedding pounds before you know it!
