Trying to loose the last 7 pounds... Nightmare
Hi everyone Im trying to loose the last 7 poinds and my body is being so stubourn . I am working out 6 times a week combining cardio and weights. Im eating less and i know its under my calorie goal but i know i will gain if i eat more.. I have a holiday in 2 weeks and i dont want to risk this. Please can somebody help me..
