Knee pain/injury and alternate exercises
I've been doing the 30 Day Shred 3 days a week and cardio (couch to 5k) 4 days a week but I hurt my left knee during the 30 Day shred and it hurts to run so I don't want to make it worse. Help with TDEE/BMR and calories
I'm currently 204, 5'7, age 27 and do 20 minutes of circuit training (30 DS) 3 days a week and cardio 4 days a week which presently includes couch to 5K (beginner levels) so 8 minutes of running and 20 minutes of fast pace walking at 1% incline and then I continue walking at various paces for an hour to 1.5 hours…
