Knee pain/injury and alternate exercises

I've been doing the 30 Day Shred 3 days a week and cardio (couch to 5k) 4 days a week but I hurt my left knee during the 30 Day shred and it hurts to run so I don't want to make it worse. I was doing great and making huge gains fitness wise but now that I can't run or even walk fast and can only do the abs/weights portion of 30 day Shred I don't know what else to do to keep my fitness levels up. Any suggestions? I'm hoping my knee will heal fast but until then I need to find some way to keep fit. Jumping/squatting/lunges/running are all out as it hurts to do. Theres only so many abs and arm exercises I can do..Help!

    Depends on what type of injury. Stay away from knee exercises until it feels better. If it doesn't start to feel better in three days, see a doctor.
