Back From Holiday
1st day back after a fantastic Holiday. I put on 4.2 kilo in total but hope it will fall off now I'm back to the real world (not Holiday Land). I'm commiting on-line to ensure I take the necessary action needed to get back on track. All encouragement welcome :smile:
