Day 9
Day 9 of MFP100: We can file today under "alright". I went over my calorie goal by a couple of hundred calories but that's better than usual for a holiday. I went to a "twerking" fitness class with one of my friends. I'm thoroughly amused that booty dancing has made a comeback thanks to Miley Cyrus (an unlikely candidate).…

Day 8
Day 8 of MFP100: I had a nice Sunday at the beach and ate some incredibly fish tacos and some just alright ceviche. I went 130 calories over goal and am feeling too lazy/tired to try and burn it off.

Day 7
I had an amazing 8 mile run and stayed under my calorie goal pretty easily. However, the part that I'm most proud of is that I posted even though I was on my way out on a Saturday night. It's really important to me that I complete these 100 days even on days when I'm not sitting in front of a computer at work.

Today I ate 4 slices of pizza and 3 wings at dinner, exceeding my goal by about 1500 calories. Nonetheless I feel strong that I actually input my food instead of pretending it didn't happen. Day 5 of MFP100: Feeling awesome because I ate a piece of icecream cake at work and then entered it into MFP. I noticed that the cake wasn't as many calories as I assumed.
