First Food Challenge Success!!
A couple days ago A co-worker of mine challenged me to eat 40 nuggets from McDonald's, 2 Large fries, and a large shake in 30 or less. So the challenge was set for today. I was nervous to say the least. But I am glad to say I completed the challenge with flying colors and flying colors! 17 min 10 sec. And I feel GREAT!!…

How I used to look at food...
I started this lifestyle change 6 months ago. I used to see food as something I wanted to eat because I was hungry. Now that i started this new lifestyle, food is something that I NEED to eat to fuel and rebuild my body. Has anyone else had this epiphany yet?
