1200 cals BMR but still losing
Hello all, I am not a fan of numbers but being new to this maintenance phase. I am trying to be as careful as possible. While I was loosing weight, I ate around 980 cals (even on workout days) Terrible I know. I managed to increase to 1200 cals on NON WORKOUT DAY. Amen ! It has been a week. But the scale is still tipping…
