Weight loss at a stand still
I started out at 215 and and now at 187. I lost the weight over about 8 weeks. I can't seem to lose more. Currently I eat the following: breakfast, one cup spinach, 1/3 oatmeal, 4 egg whites; lunch, 4oz of chicken/ground turkey, 1 cup of broccoli; dinner, 4oz chicken/fish, 1 cup of broccoli; snacks, two protein shakes with…
